A business plan is a summary and appraisal of your business concept. It is the written result of the planning process.
A business plan shows the likelihood of success of the business and your ability to make it work. It affords the means to work through all aspects of a business and to scrutinise the consequences of a variety of strategies relative to marketing, management, finance and human resources.
It is a management instrument to provide direction to you as the business owner. If you are starting a business, the process of preparing and writing a business plan provides a great opportunity to test your motivation and commitment.
Why complete a business plan?
A business plan enables you to take an objective look at your business, identifying areas of strength and weakness and indicates requirements and problems that might otherwise be unnoticed. If your business enterprise is at best, marginal, the business plan will demonstrate to you why.
Having a business plan that is well prepared also provides a foundation for monitoring the progress of the business.
Lastly, if you require external financing, your business plan will provide the information needed to evaluate your business enterprise. A carefully prepared business plan routinely becomes a complete financial proposal that will in most cases meet the requirements of most investors and lenders.
Understand the business you are in.
Most business owners spend a considerable amount of time pondering the future of their business, but not all actually complete any formal business planning. What the planning provides is a measure of structure and a focal point, allows one to analyse alternative strategies that may have been missing on first thought.

Help answer the question about business
Over 60% of small businesses fail due to a lack of planning and execution of a business plan.?Over 60% of small businesses fail due to a lack of planning and execution of a business plan. When businesses are so small it is rare to have an HR manager, because of that training and follow-up is non-existent. Who would be accountable and how could management implement a training routine to make it beneficial and cost effective?

The Collins project, in my opinion, is not the quintessential
example of a solution poorly planned and executed. Each project
taken on by two of more people is a diverse accumulation
of frequently opposing ideas based upon many different
components of human feelings and thoughts. Often, the roles
filled for the execution of a plan of action are assumed by
individuals who are not actually qualified to play them.
I have a friend who is fond of saying that if you want a chance
of successfully executing a plan, assign the task to one person.
Any more than one is a compromise sacrificing quality and
efficiency for the sake of implementation and utility. I
think that he is right. I am not in the habit of speculating as
to the nature of the problems of the past. I have many problems
in the present that keep me busy. Examination of the past
generally addresses the mistakes made in the past without
a clearly defined interest in finding the solution. Usually
it is assumed that the decisions made in implementing a
project and which failed to accomplish their goal should
simply be reversed in order to correct the mistakes. In reality,
no problem can be formalized as reliable because the
problem itself is not static. A cursory study of history amply
demonstrates that great ideas are the result of a single
human's insight into the problem and its solution.
Hmmm. Interesting.. It says this was directed by Jerry Paris. Jerry Helper on Dick Van Dyke Show.. I understand he did quite a bit of directing, and on other shows as well..
He just says 1,2,3,4 and the little kids turn into top notch studio musicians with adult singing voices. David Cassidy doesn’t even sing on this one.
yeas, this was the original theme
They don’t show the Brady Bunch or The Partridge Family any more.
I remember the Brady Bunch used to be on Tvland(like you said) and The Partridge family was on ION along with The Monkees.
Also, didn’t realize the theme song had a different variation on it. Apparently it changed as time went on??
my dad bought two seasons of the partridge family and the first season of the monkees. now i’m becoming the female version of my dad when he was my age.
we’re happy to see that we’ve gained some new fans, keep tuning in!
wow. Its Danny Bonaduce before steroids. Hes much calmer!
They just put the Brady Bunch back on because of it’s 40th Aniversary or whatever, i’ve been watching it like everyday XD
