Try doing a pay as you go plan. They don't have contracts and you can get cool phones. T-Mobile does it and Cingular. I'm sure any phone company can. But if you want an actual plan I think the only company I know about that doesn't do contracts is Cricket.
because best buy is an indirect retailer, they basically sell our products. Alot of the times they can sell the same product for less because they ARE NOT Verizon Wireless, they just sell for us. Be careful when buying from indirect retailers, often they're warranties run shorter and they differ from Verizon Wireless, so read the fine print if and when you purchase a phone from ANY direct retailer.
Also just like the person b4 me said, alot of the time they honor instant rebates, something Verizon CS and Verizon Store's cannot offer.

The price will be the price. In order to get the Instinct you will have to sign up for a certain level of plan as a new customer. I am honestly not sure about current customers. If you are already eligible for the $150, and have been a customer for two years, then you will get the same offer as the new customers.

As long as the cell phone is from the same company you have your plan with now, it should work. Another idea is go on e-bay. You could find some really greats deals on new phones there. Just make sure they are compatible with your wireless company.
