You want to make good money, which means the company you work for needs to make good money in order to pay you. But while at work you want to talk on 3 phones all day instead of working, or you want to blow off meetings to go fishing. And you want that to be OK with your co-workers, who also find like to go fishing and talk on the phone.
So while you're clients are in your conference room waiting for anyone who isn't fishing to come by and meet with them, they are probably wondering how that company doesn't go belly up.

Well, you've narrowed down the list to:
self-employed business owner with no other employees. (e.g., freelance photographer or something like that)

I prefer real books as well… but I don’t prefer to lug them around, so Im getting an e-reader. Only question is, should i get the Sony or the Nook? (Im not getting the kindle due to amazons proprietary e-book format).

when you work for someone they own your time and you do what they say . It must be within the law and maybe even within a specific job description. but not necessarily within reason.
we are all prostituting ourselves for our daily bread. the only escape is real estate investment.
that will give you options 1 & 2 maybe but your 3rd and 4th conitons are a bit limiting for a self employed person who wants real money

Start with number 4 first, create a business useful for humanity using probability from maths, along with gravity and create something useful. You're gonna have to work hard at this one. Once this business is successful you will be able to achieve 1. 2 & 3.

Oh no I don’t mean real books, I mean the e-books would be pirated, I prefer real books myself, I feel it would be easier to turn to a page you are interested in going back to. Though it’d be easier to find keywords in e-books (if they had a find feature) if you were writing a paper on it.
