To connect an external monitor to a phone, you need to have phone with tv out. For external keyboard, there are only a handful of smartphones that can connect to an external keyboard.
it does have voice navigation
@impresnu yes you can..follow this link >> w w w . sohrabkhan . com/2009/03/how-to-synchronize-contacts-calendar-entries-between-iphone-windows-mobile-symbian-60-nokia-phones/3/
I have seen a lot of sites that send out text messages, but for your purpose as a real estate agent I could see how that would deficient. I know of one site that you can create picture messaging slideshows. http://www.cellyspace.com has an MMS composer that you can create slideshows with video, images, audio and text. They have tools for you to broadcast those messages as mobile alerts to subscribers or you can place a keycode on for sale signs like "Text HOUSE to 33563" and people driving buy can instantly have virtual property tour sent to their mobile phones. You'll be able to gather potential leads while you're not even working and inform multiple clients of new open houses with previews and anything else you can think of.
You do not need a full pad, but you do need what are called piers. They are tubular structures, in the ground, down to the frost line. Holes are augered, and then cardboard concrete tubes are placed in, and they are filled with cement. These are what the blocks are placed on, and then the house. They are necessary to avoid ground shift during cold weather.
As far as the placement of ANY blocking, contact the manufacturer of your home and give them the serial number. They can fax you a "pier plan". This will tell you where to place the piers.
Yes, you can also use a full pad. Just contact a manufactured home set crew, and they will tell you what size it needs to be.
You will still need a pier plan for proper placement of blocks. If you don't use one, be prepared for sagging floors, doors that won't open, doors that won't close, etc.
Hello,
thank you for you videos.
The most important question for me: Is it right that the HTC Desire does have massive speaker (the rear speaker) sounds problems? So if you talk to someone using the speaker, the quality is very, very bad? And is it possible to fix it via software or is it even an hardware problem?
Thank you in advance.
Hey! Maybe it’s a silly question, but what’s about the sound quality of a simple phonecall? I mean on the first place it’s a phone. Thanks!
Isn't Like, +1
@davomrmac Thanks for the quick and helpful response!
@Whizzkitt Not a silly question at all. The voice (mic) and incoming sound (ear speaker) quality is very clear. One of the better ones I have heard. Only the external speaker lets it down a little with slight distortion at max volume.
@impresnu Anyone help with this question?
There is every type of plan you can imagine – but they will be either pre-paid or Monthly bills. The pre-paid ones can be capped if you wish, the monthly-billed ones are not.
I presume they do a credit check, but may just take an imprint of your credit card instead. It's a long time since I signed up for this plan so I'm not sure.
I've heard that the '3' coverage isn't great. I use Vodafone and they're fine….never had a problem with them.
Also…bring your handset with you and you won't need to buy a phone.
You are better off buying the location with the existing trailer on it , all other things being equal, the cost of providing those services to another site could equal the cost of a good condition newer trailer. You could either replace the trailer at a later time for not a huge amount (Double check the zoning and planning board rules on this) or you could use it as a building site for a moduler or stick built home as well.
Unlocked means not tied one network, like AT&T or TMobile. You can obtain an unlock code for a GSM phone in various ways, TMobile will actually provide that code is you have had the phone long enough.
Factory unlocked is just that, the phone was never locked to one carrier when it was sold.
Debranded is removing all special screens, menus, and software that ties a phone to a particular company. This may also mean not having a phone company name on the exterior of the phone as well.
You may lose some specific network functionality with such a phone. If all you do is make calls and the occasional text, it won't matter. MMS, Internet, wifi, that sort of of thing, may not work properly.
@Alimarink6 May be the app ‘MagicMarker’ will do the job for you!
i can’t put stuff on my sd card from the pc it doesn’t detect anything
