The catch is that the "advertising" you receive is a result of your own advertising. My guess the that you are replying to another person in the pyramid. Each person is trying to get the $10 charge.
You send out email charging $10 for the program which tells them to send out emails charging $10 for the program, etc.

Okay, so honestly I am not sure either. I have been emailing her, she says her name is Katie, for the past few days and it took her the longest to respond to my question about the company name. She says it is called D&K Ad Processing. I looked it up with foggy results, so it is on the fence. I am asking her how I might go about paying her and if I can speak to someone on the phone when I have questions.
We shall see…I never part with my money blindly…I am going to request that they simply deduct the materials fee, however.

I went through the same hoop, receiving an email from someone named Paula Martin, however, after doing some research and also emailing the fraud team on careerbuilder, here is the response I received back from them…
