Employee-owned phones can be a huge liability for a company. Their phone number is out there with clients, prospects, and vendors. If they leave, they can take their company emails, contact lists, and phone number with them.

* Centralization and Remote Control – For large-scale deployments, it is important to be able to manage the application from a central location and make changes remotely.

* Security – Security should be a high priority with any mobile application you choose.
Support Your Mobile Workforce

Unlocked means not tied one network, like AT&T or TMobile. You can obtain an unlock code for a GSM phone in various ways, TMobile will actually provide that code is you have had the phone long enough.
Factory unlocked is just that, the phone was never locked to one carrier when it was sold.
Debranded is removing all special screens, menus, and software that ties a phone to a particular company. This may also mean not having a phone company name on the exterior of the phone as well.
You may lose some specific network functionality with such a phone. If all you do is make calls and the occasional text, it won't matter. MMS, Internet, wifi, that sort of of thing, may not work properly.

There is every type of plan you can imagine – but they will be either pre-paid or Monthly bills. The pre-paid ones can be capped if you wish, the monthly-billed ones are not.
I presume they do a credit check, but may just take an imprint of your credit card instead. It's a long time since I signed up for this plan so I'm not sure.

You do not need a full pad, but you do need what are called piers. They are tubular structures, in the ground, down to the frost line. Holes are augered, and then cardboard concrete tubes are placed in, and they are filled with cement. These are what the blocks are placed on, and then the house. They are necessary to avoid ground shift during cold weather.
As far as the placement of ANY blocking, contact the manufacturer of your home and give them the serial number. They can fax you a "pier plan". This will tell you where to place the piers.
Yes, you can also use a full pad. Just contact a manufactured home set crew, and they will tell you what size it needs to be.

To connect an external monitor to a phone, you need to have phone with tv out. For external keyboard, there are only a handful of smartphones that can connect to an external keyboard.
You are better off buying the location with the existing trailer on it , all other things being equal, the cost of providing those services to another site could equal the cost of a good condition newer trailer. You could either replace the trailer at a later time for not a huge amount (Double check the zoning and planning board rules on this) or you could use it as a building site for a moduler or stick built home as well.
